ELGIAs’ efforts to support Access to Justice for Sexual Gendered Based (SGBV) victims
As part of ELGIAs’ efforts to support Access to Justice for Sexual Gendered Based (SGBV) victims, ELGIA in partnership with FIDA Kenya on Tuesday 30th May 2023, supported the Othaya Court Users Committee (CUC) meeting in Nyeri. The CUC provides a platform for actors in the justice sector at local levels to consider improvements in the operations of the court, coordinate functions of all agencies within the legal system and improve the interaction of these stakeholders.
