ELGIA attended the PPDT farewell reception for the 18 AdHoc members who served in the 2022 Election
On Tuesday 6 June 2023 ELGIA attended the Political Parties Dispute Tribunal (PPDT) farewell reception for the 18 AdHoc members who served in the 2022 Election. The Chief Guest of the ceremony was the Hon. Chief Justice of the Republic of Kenya, and the President of the Supreme Court - Hon. Lady Justice Martha Koome.

The Political Parties Dispute Tribunal heard and determined 314 Pre-Election Disputes within their set timelines and further increased access to justice through the decentralisation of the tribunal to eight other regions.
