The Independent and Electoral Boundaries Commission (IEBC) in collaboration with the Electoral Law and Governance Institute for Africa (ELGIA) convened the strategic working sessions to interrogate and establish structures of the Directorate of Legal Services and to enhance capacity in the efficient execution of its mandate from 19 June 2023 to 23 June 2023 in Kisumu.
