On Thursday 29th June 2023, the Electoral Law and Governance Institute for Africa (ELGIA) convened a Joint Post-election Legal Review workshop aimed at enhancing election dispute resolution (EDR) protocols.

The convening brought together key electoral stakeholders including the Law Society of Kenya (LSK), Kenya Law Reforms Commission (KLRC) the Political Parties Dispute Tribunal (PPDT), the Office of the Registrar of Political Parties (ORPP) , The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), the Judiciary Committee on Elections (JCE)and Academia.
