From October 29th to 30th, 2025, Elgia Afric is convening implementing partners of the Kenya Institutional Strengthening Program (KISP) for an induction workshop in Nairobi.

Hosted at the Four Points by Sheraton, this pivotal workshop aims to:
- Deepen understanding of KISP’s objectives, theory of change, and Year 1 priorities
- Build a shared foundation on politically informed and adaptive programming approaches
- Strengthen partners’ capacity to analyse, interpret, and operationalise KISP objectives
- Align on effective results reporting tools that meet FCDO requirements and reflect the programme’s MEL framework
