IEBC Communication Policy and Strategy Review Workshop supported by ELGIA
Day 3 of the IEBC Communication Policy and Strategy Review Workshop ELGIA continues supporting the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission(IEBC) in its ongoing efforts to strengthen institutional communication through the review and refinement of the Communication Policy and Strategy.
Today’s session focused on the Implementation Plan and Monitoring & Evaluation Framework for the enhanced Strategic Communication Plan.
Participants explored strategic communication approaches, reviewed and updated communication mechanisms, and developed a comprehensive framework to assess the effectiveness and impact of IEBC’s communication efforts.
