Today, Elgia Afric is hosting a transformative two-day training on Electoral Dispute Resolution for by-elections for the Judiciary Committee on Elections (JCE) members.
This intensive workshop brings together judges and magistrates to strengthen their capacity in handling election petitions. The training covers critical areas including constitutional frameworks for by-elections, party primaries disputes, election offences, active case management, and the emerging role of artificial intelligence in electoral integrity.
