Strengthening Kenya's governance through adaptive collaboration
Strengthening Kenya's governance through adaptive collaboration
Today, ELGIA brought together three key partners under the Kenya Institutional Strengthening Program (KISP): Centre for Multiparty Democracy (CMD-Kenya), Transparency International, and Uraia Trust.
Their mission? Refining logframes not just for reporting, but to strengthen real alignment and responsiveness across the consortium.
This approach builds on Norman Crowder's 1950s concept of adaptive programming—proving that responsive, learning-centred methods remain vital for navigating today's complex governance challenges.
