KISP strategic session ELGIA, CMD , URAIA and TI
In a strategic session, Elgia Afric in collaboration with the Kenya Institutional Strengthening Programme (KISP) consortium partners (Centre For Multiparty Democracy, Transparency International, Uraia) are taking strides to further harmonise our consortium level Logical Framework (LogFrame): a results-oriented planning, management, and evaluation tool.
The LogFrame breaks the KISP programme into a clear chain of objectives—from high-level goals down to progressive activities—while defining how we’ll measure success and what assumptions must hold true.
