On Wednesday, 8th October, the Kenya Institutional Strengthening Program (KISP) convened a pivotal workshop bringing together its implementing partners. Led by the British High Commission, the session included key stakeholders such as the Electoral Law and Governance Institute of Africa (ELGIA), the Institute of Economic Affairs, Transparency International (TI-Kenya), the National Democratic Institute (NDI), Uraia Trust, and the Centre for Multi-Party Democracy (CMD-Kenya).
The workshop focused on finalizing the program’s Logical Framework (LogFrame); a strategic tool designed to support milestone tracking and indicator measurement, ultimately driving results-oriented implementation. In addition to this, the platform served as a forum to review and refine the program’s Value for Money (VfM) strategy, ensuring that resources are utilized efficiently and effectively.
KISP, which aims to strengthen accountability and governance institutions across Kenya, is generously supported by the Federal Commonwealth Development Office (FCDO).
