ELGIA Key Informant Interview with Asha Bashir, the Acting Secretary General of Narc Kenya
As part of institutional and systems strengthening, the Strengthening Electoral Accountability and Inclusivity Program (SEAIP) provided critical support to Election Management Bodies (EMBs), including the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) and the Office of the Registrar of Political Parties (ORPP). This support played a significant role in achieving a key outcome of the program.
This morning, we had the privilege of conducting a Key Informant Interview with Asha Bashir, the Acting Secretary General of Narc Kenya. During the interview, she highlighted the strategies the party employed to build public trust in political parties during the 2022 General Elections and shared the measures Narc Kenya has put in place to enhance its contributions in future elections.
