ELGIA partnered with the IEBC on the Legal Reform working sessions in Naivasha
The Electoral Law and Governance Institute for Africa (ELGIA) partnered with the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) on the Legal Reform working sessions in Naivasha.
The objective of the workshop is to address legislative concerns, establish effective governance structures, with a specific focus on reviewing draft regulations for amendments to the Elections Act and foster collaboration.
This will ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and promote organizational efficacy.
