ELGIA and IEBC convened a workshop on enhancing the Legal Case Management Systems (LCMS) at Naivasha
On Monday 4th March 2024, the Electoral Law and Governance Institute for Africa (ELGIA) in partnership with Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) convened a workshop on enhancing the Legal Case Management Systems (LCMS) at Naivasha.
The week-long working sessions aim to scrutinize the LCMS user manual, align it with system operations and create a quick reference guide. The LCMS automation targets efficiency improvements in document retrieval and access, storage and payment management, streamlining court case and election petition handling processes.

Management working sessions in Naivasha. Presentations focused on technological advancements by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).
The participants focused on assessing, monitoring, and evaluating the Legal Case Management Systems (LCMS) on the online portal, such as the online portal complaint form.
Day Three of the IEBC Legal Case
Day three of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Legal Case Management workshop, the participants are working in groups to review and update the IEBC User Manual. The aim is to enhance accuracy, clarity, and usability by ensuring that IEBC users receive accurate, complete, and consistent information.
