ELGIA Women's Political Participation & Leadership Meeting
Last evening, ELGIA convened the Women's Political Participation & Leadership Meeting at Nairobi Serena Hotel, bringing together women leaders from various sectors to discuss strategies for increased involvement in decision-making processes. Against a backdrop of insightful discussions and a call to action for inclusive governance, participants actively engaged in dialogues aimed at addressing gender disparities in leadership roles. The meeting served as a powerful reminder of the importance of collaboration in ensuring equal opportunities for women of all ages to lead and contribute to societal progress.
