ELGIA in collaboration with the JCE and the ICJ debriefing workshop on Election Dispute Resolution (EDR) for High Court Judges.
On Monday 4th December 2023 , the Electoral Law and Governance Institute for Africa (ELGIA) in collaboration with the Judiciary Committee on Elections (JCE) and the International Commission of Jurists (ICJ) convened a debriefing workshop on Election Dispute Resolution (EDR) for High Court Judges.
The debrief aims to take stock of the 2022 EDR cycle by exchanging ideas through candid reflections on the effectiveness of past approaches whilst identifying gaps and areas of improvement to enhance delivery of electoral justice in Kenya.
