ELGIA multi-sectoral consultative workshop on post-election electoral law reform agenda
On Wednesday, September 27th, 2023,The Electoral Law and Governance Institute for Africa (ELGIA) convened the 2nd day of the Multisectoral Consultative workshop to reflect on Electoral Campaign Financing implementation gaps and the Judicial interventions concerning key electoral legislation.
The consultative forum brings together electoral stakeholders to deliberate on existing challenges, lessons learned and to propose crucial recommendations for the upcoming 2027 Electoral Cycle. These deliberations will significantly contribute to the advancement of Electoral Legal Reforms.
Notably, the distinguished presence of H.E. Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka, E.G.H, SC, Former Vice-President, and H.E. Wycliffe Musalia Mudavadi, EGH, the Prime Cabinet Secretary cements high level advocacy and credibility for this process.
