Dispute Resolution Multi-stakeholder workshop

The Electoral Law and Governance Institute for Africa Convened an Election Dispute Resolution Multi-stakeholder workshop which is purposed to accord the Key Electoral Institutions an opportunity to review the Pre -Election Dispute Resolution Framework in Kenya. Present are Key Institutions such as the Judiciary Committee on Elections (JCE), Political Parties Dispute Tribunal (PPDT),

Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), Political Parties Dispute Tribunal (PPDT), Office of Registrar of Political Parties (ORPP), Political Parties Liaison committee (PPLC); Elections Observations Group (ELOG) and Top Leadership from Political Parties with a view to isolating lessons learnt and best practices for strengthening the EDR process as the organisations charged with the mandate of Arbitration of EDR in Kenya.
